Privacy Policy

PurffleTrade (“PurffleTrade”, “we”, “us”), a product of the Purffle network, operates the website and app at purffletrade.com (the “Service”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. PurffleTrade is non-custodial: your funds always stay in your own wallet and are never held by us.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: email address, username, display name, and a securely hashed password.
  • Wallet data: your public wallet address. For built-in (embedded) wallets, an encrypted, trade-only key is stored encrypted at rest; it can place trades but can never withdraw your funds.
  • Trading & social activity: trades you open or close, posts, comments, follows, copy-trading settings, and messages.
  • Technical data: IP address and basic device/browser information, used for security, rate-limiting, and abuse prevention.
  • Optional profile content: avatar, banner, and bio you choose to add.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide the Service: authentication, trading, copy-trading, social features, and notifications.
  • To secure your account: verification codes, two-factor authentication, and fraud/abuse prevention.
  • To send service emails you opt into (e.g. trade and follow notifications); you can disable these in Settings.
  • To improve and maintain the Service.

3. On-chain & third-party services

Trades execute on Hyperliquid, a decentralized exchange, on the Arbitrum network. Blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature and are not controlled by us. We also rely on infrastructure providers (hosting and email) to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Data retention

We keep account and activity data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see Contact), after which we remove your personal data, except where we must retain limited records to comply with law or prevent abuse. On-chain activity cannot be deleted from the blockchain.

5. Your choices & rights

  • Access, correct, or delete your account data by contacting us.
  • Turn email notifications on or off in Settings.
  • Make your account private to control who sees your activity.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, sensitive keys are encrypted at rest, and traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard measures.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
