This is a planning tool — you place trades on your own account. PurffleTrade never logs into or manages your prop account, so you stay fully within your firm's rules.

Rule-safe by design.PurffleTrade never logs into or trades on your prop account — so you never risk a breach for “third-party access” or “inbound copy trading.” Practice strategies risk-free on our paper trading mode first, then place the sized trade on your own funded account.

Prop firm FAQ

Can I copy trades onto my prop firm / funded account?

Copying between accounts you personally own is allowed at most firms — but copying INTO a funded account from an external signal or another trader you don't own is prohibited by FTMO, FundingPips and most others, and can get the account terminated. So PurffleTrade doesn't touch your account: it gives you the trade idea and the exact lot size, and you place it yourself. That keeps you fully within your firm's rules.

How do I size a trade to pass a funded challenge?

Risk a small, fixed percentage per trade (most people who pass use 0.5–1%). Your lot size = (account × risk%) ÷ (stop-loss in pips × pip value). The calculator does this and checks it against your firm's daily-loss and max-drawdown limits so a single trade can never breach them.

Does PurffleTrade log into my prop account?

No. We never ask for your MT4/MT5 or broker credentials and never place trades on your account. You stay in full control and in compliance — we're a planning and signal tool, not third-party account management.

What are the typical FTMO / FundingPips rules?

Most 2-step evaluations use a ~8–10% Phase-1 target, ~5% Phase-2 target, a 5% max daily loss and a ~10% max overall drawdown (percent of the starting balance). These vary by firm and program, so the calculator ships with typical presets and a Custom option — always confirm against your own dashboard.
