By using PurffleTrade (the “Service”), a product of the Purffle network, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What PurffleTrade is
PurffleTrade is a non-custodial social and copy-trading interface for crypto perpetual futures that execute on Hyperliquid. We provide software tools only. We never take custody of your funds — they remain in your own wallet, and only you can withdraw them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use crypto trading services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. Trading derivatives is restricted or prohibited in some regions.
3. Risk disclosure
Trading perpetual futures is extremely high risk. Leverage can amplify losses, and you can lose your entire deposit, rapidly. Copying another trader does not guarantee profit; past performance is not indicative of future results. You trade entirely at your own risk, and all decisions are your own. PurffleTrade does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep your password and wallet credentials safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or manipulative activity.
- Content you post must not be illegal, harmful, or infringing.
5. Fees
PurffleTrade charges no platform fee for trading. Network (gas) fees and the exchange's own fees apply and are outside our control. Any future fees will be disclosed in advance.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that orders will always execute. Blockchain networks and third-party exchanges may fail or change without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurffleTrade and the Purffle network are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
